Mô tả công việc
1/ Purchasing
• Receive request for quotation from all departments, verify and proceed for quotation (consumable, spare parts, machine) and services (for machine, part processing, building maintenance).
• Choose suitable suppliers to match with request and company’s policy.
• Review purchase request from requester and proceeding next steps till having Purchase order from system.
• Working with suppliers (local and oversea) till product and services will be done.
• Working with logistics team, forwarders in importing and customs clearance.
• Follow and prepare purchase order for monthly consumable.
• Building supplier list day by day.
• Saving cost.
• Proceeding payment request for suppliers and follow till the payment done also cooperate with Finance if there are any issues on payment.
• Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly report.
• Saving documents fully.
• 5S.
2/ Production Planning
• Daily material order for production schedule.
• Monthly forecast to material supplier.
• Master on production schedule from receiving sale orders from Sale team, arrange production schedule and control all steps to make jobs are available to deliver.
• Work with PD to develop new projects schedule (material, tooling, running time).
• Control high aging material inventory.
• Work with QA, Warehouse, Finance to return defect material
• Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly report.
• Saving documents fully.
• 5S.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduate from University.
• More than 3 years experience and worked in manufacturing companies.
• Work experience in printing industry is priority.
• MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint…).
• Good at excel will be preferable.
