Mô tả công việc

1/ After order confirmed, pass to Production Manager for Allocation and CMPT re-confirmation.
2/ Create TnA for each Style
3/ Process Order – Create Costsheet, Confirm BOM, Issue Contract and Pos for Raw Material.
4/ Track Material Status, Sampling (solve pending issues technical or others), and update TNA.
5/ Solve any late material issue with factory planning.
6/ Get PP yardage from fabric team, arrange PP sample to buyer – follow up with FPP from factory.
7/ Meet Factory PRD – Package Ready Date (means all fabric, trims, pattern, FPP approval DONE)
Hand Over to Production Manager;

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1/ Bachelor's degree in textile, merchandising, supply chain management or related discipline;
2/ At least 10 years’ experience in garment production merchandising/ planing production;
3/ Garment FOB/CMPT merchandising experience are preferable too.
4/ A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
5/ Strong planning and negotiation skills including the ability to influence at all levels;
6/ Strong problem solving and analytical skill;
7/ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
8/ Good written & spoken English;
9/ willing to work under pressure;

Our factory is located in Phu An Village, Truc Ninh District of Nam Dinh Province, approximately 120km from the city center of Vietnamese Capital, Hanoi, in May 2015. Nam Dinh province is considered as the textile capital of Vietnam, and has a history in traditional textile making to support it. The project broke ground in October 2015, with the support of local consulting firm, BDG – and was ready for its grand opening on July 6, 2016. The facility was designed by JG Consulting Hong Kong, with the highest compliance and safety standards in mind – as well as having a strong focus on lean manufacturing. The main product category is focused on Ladies Knit and Woven tops and dresses, and we have plans in the pipeline to add embroidery, printing and washing lines on unutilized land we still have available.
