Purchasing & Logistics Staff (3 Persons)- Newly Established Company

Job Description
1) Procurement of goods (materials, fixtures, supplementary materials, equipment) from inside and outside Japan and ordering of construction work etc.
2) Coordination of management of suppliers and procurement / arrangement.
3) Coordination and management of logistics operations
4) Operations related to trade control and customs response
5) Legal compliance and business improvement related to procurement, outsourcing and logistics
6) Control PO issuing; Prepare P.O/ P.R and other related documents to submit for the Director's approval
7) Review inventories and order as required.
8) Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
9) Control quality, cost and delivery; make sure to supply material, goods to other department on time with the best quality and best price; continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
10) Handle with arising matter relating to materials, work with suppliers when problem occurs
11) Input material to the warehouse, create purchasing reports
12) Negotiating with suppliers to fix purchasing conditions including contract/ price/ delivery date/ payment.

14) Other related jobs

Job Requirement
1) Education: University graduation
2) English proficiency in 4 skills, Knowing Japanese is an advantage (Japanese Level 3)
3) Excellent negotiation and communication
4) At least 3~5 years experience in purchasing job
5) Enthusiastic and communicative with co-workers and supervisors
6) High interpersonal skills and willing to take challenges
7) Have a good experience of export-import, logistics and purchasing and understand the whole of trade management including customs response.
8) Have experience in EPE custom procedure.
9) Fluent all skills for jobs.

Note:
For applicants who live in Hanoi, the Company will arrange shuttle buses at the pick-up points from Hanoi to the factory in Vinh Phuc and in the opposite direction.
