Purchasing & Documentation Officer

- Making shipping documents ( commercial invoice, packing list, transport invoices, send report in each month…)
- Follow up strictly the purchasing orders with factories in Vietnam from receiving new POs/ making layout/ making pre-production sample/ making carton printing/ mass production/ vessel booking/ final inspection/ shipping/ payment
process/ cargo release from destination.
- Checking vessel schedules and negotiating the Ocean/ Air Freight with oversea/ local forwarders and arrange booking accordingly for monthly orders. Update the O/F into weekly table for reference
- Handling the CO (Certificate of Origin) making for EXW shipment.
- Cooperate with accounting team to make sure that payment of each PO will be paid on time
to release cargo from destination.
- Arrange the chemical test/ physical test/ final inspection with third party (SGS, TUV, Asia inspection,..) to meet each customer’s request.
- Participating in solving problem due to production
- Cooperate with QCs to ensure the quality/ lead time of mass production products at factories.
- Checking QC’s report and calculate the bonus for them.
- Sending original docs/ samples from factory and QCs to oversea colleagues/ client/ forwarders…
- Another tasks will be discussed and assigned by superior.

Salary: Negotiated
Working time : 10:00AM to 7:00PM ( Monday to Friday )

- Vietnamese person, very good English on listening, speaking and writing, other language is a plus
- Well-organized, responsible, careful and perseverant
- Fast learner, work under pressure and have a sense of urgency
- Great listener, enthusiastic , persistent and hard working
- Very motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic
- Experience in exporting/ purchasing job is a plus
