Mô tả công việc

* JOB PURPOSE
- Maintain procurement tasks
- Take part in building procurement process and system

* PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide good support to other Departments with procurement tasks :
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed
2. Take part in building procurement processes
3. Take part in building procurement system (E-procurement system projects), include but not limited to:
- Preparing RfP/ BR, clear SOW and preparing RfQ
- Take part in vendor assessment & selection process
- Support related department in building workflow & apply in system
- Conduct training & supports for users

Yêu cầu ứng viên

* QUALIFICATION
Education, no. of year experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in economic or business administration
- At least five (5) years’ experience in procurement and Two (2) years previous experience as procurement officer or related position
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Goal-oriented, organized team player

** Technical skills:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Solid knowledge in E-procurement/ ERP system
- English: Intermediate level

** Soft skills:
- Good at communication/ interpersonal skills & problem-solving skills
- Customer Service skills
- Negotiating skills
- Sourcing skills

** Personal attributes
- Be honest, sense of responsibility.
- Open – minded
- Team-working spirit
