We are looking for a Purchasing staff who has experience with Electronics components, especially EMS factory.
- Manage all local and overseas purchasing activities
- Negotiate with suppliers, vendors on terms & conditions of purchasing contracts in complying with company standards.
- Keep track of each order and take all necessary actions to avoid delay or quality issues.
- Work closely with Sale Department to fully understand specifications, quality requested and time frames.
- Prepare POs and payment requests; Liaise with Accounting Department to ensure prompt payment settlement.
- Manage the Goods delivery, custom clearance...

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years’ experience with purchasing electronics components
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Self-motivative, initiative
- Able to work independence and under pressure
- Good in calculation and Excel
- Good in PR & communication
