Purchase/chuyên Viên Thu Mua

1/ Purchasing
- Follow up Purchase Order (PO) delivery with suppliers.
- Arrange shipment to arrive on time for production.
- Negotiate with suppliers for critical parts to avoid being production shortage.
- Control inventory, negotiate for pull back and cancel PO.
- Chase with suppliers for quality matters and discrepancy to issue Debit note to suppliers.
- Co-operate with other related departments to solve all quality problems and improve suppliers’ quality.

2/ Planning
- Monitor and evaluate forecast accuracy of each SKUs and chair a meeting with related depts. (Sales / MKT/ Trade MKT) to take action plan
- Conduct a weekly/ monthly meeting with related Depts. to review sales forecast, inventory status and align on action plan
- Review and control inventory
- Works with Demand Team to plan, coordinate and execute Demand Planning activities
- Review replenishment plan and ensure to meet supplier’s lead-time
- Review and propose safety stock level
- Prepare yearly Purchase Plan
- Weekly/monthly reports as BOD’s requested.

- At least 2 years in terms of purchasing and importing
- Fluent in English, Chinese
- Purchasing experience in construction machinery or automobiles is an advantage.
- Agreement salary
