**Working Location: HCMC Office
**Nationality: Vietnamese only.
**Job Description:
Develop & implement a Brand PR strategy in line with the Marketing strategy (brand, corporate & sustainability):
• Leverage our key messages in order to generate positive coverage and to improve overall brand image.
• Identify and build a strong network and long-lasting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
• Develop and manages the influencer strategy
• Responsible for Brand PR budget.
Ensure Company corporate reputation:
• Monitor press & online/social media for potential issues/opportunities and take action
• Align key messages in different channels with all support documents
• Train & engage with all key stakeholders and spokespersons internally & externally
• Build and act as a key point of contact for the crisis management.
Implement CSV ( Creating Shared Value ) Activities:
• To plan, organise and drive various CSR initiatives for the enhancement of the Company CSV performance
• Play an active role in the working group of PRO-VIETNAM
• To develop and edit relevant CSR communications and promotional materials, including CSR Report, publicity on print and social media.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Advanced degrees in Marketing/ PR/ Communication or equivalent like Business administration.
• Minimum 5-year experiences in PR ( brand, crisis..), Marketing in a multi-national company.
• At least 2 years experiences in the similar position/ Level. Have exp in FMCG field is preferred.
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
• Affinity with digital Marketing,
• Experience in influencers marketing
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Strong project management skills, Event Planning Experience.
• Minimum 5-year experiences in PR ( brand, crisis..), Marketing in a multi-national company.
