Public Relation Staff - Ha Noi Office

Handle Office tour activities at Ha Noi Office by coordinating with team members including:
- Keep communication with various organizations and stake holders to invite visitors for tours at Ha Noi Office such as: Woman association, University/ College/ School/ association, etc.
- Plan and execute the Office tour activities or related events to enhance image/reputation and support company business;
- Organize and guide visitors in the tour;
- Prepare all necessary facilities, equipment, manpower for tours;
- Update and take care of Office tour activities on social media channels.
Utilize 5S to arrange daily jobs;
Make related reports and support other tasks as assigned.
Working place: Floor #3, Artemis Trade Center, 3 Le Trong Tan Str, Khuong Mai Ward, Thanh Xuan Dist, Ha Noi

1. Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Tourism, English, Journalism & Communication, Cooking and other relative majors.
2. Skills:
- Able to communicate in English;
- Be familiarized with MS Office;
- Good at communication skill and presentation skill;
- Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
3. Years of Experience:
Working experience in the related fields is advantage.
