Public Relation Officer- Chuyên Viên Quan Hệ Đối Ngoại

- Plan and execute land development and/or urban planning related Government permits, approvals and licensing and/or any other regulatory matters
- Collaborating with the internal teams for land development and/or urban planning whatsoever issues related with Government and related Authorities.
- Monitor, analysis, consult, and share with internal teams on political, legislative and regulatory changes that will impact current and future company's business in the country
- Risk analysis with crisis preparedness and management
- Government engagement and CSR
- Research and cooperate with related outside agencies as required

- At least 5 years' experience working within land development and/or urban planning government agencies, corporations, public interest groups in land development or urban planning industry or other related agencies
- Good understanding of the political/administrative system and being abreast of relevant political developments and policy changes in the company's businesses
- At least a bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Law or land development, urban planning related field
- Capability to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders (government authorities, institutions and industry associations, community, industry influencers and other third parties)
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conceive, analyze, develop and execute medium-to-long term strategies and campaigns to deal with complex issues of land development and related law and policy changes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as this position involves significant interaction with multiple departments of the Company, including domestic and international business units, the Government, as well as outside agencies
- Strong negotiating skills
