Public Affair Communication Social Manager

* JOB SUMMARY:
- To be responsible for protection and enhancement of the good reputation and image of the corporate in
assigned region
- To have the key role in supporting the functional departments in the corporate in the social communication
& relationship in assigned region
- To take the lead in coordination of the relevant functional departments to solve the customers' complaints
in assigned region
- Execute the PACS strategy and plan in the assigned region
- To handle works under the assignments of Legal & PACS Director
* DETAIL:
*Customers' complaint management ( 15%)
- Resolve the customers' complaints by dealing/interaction with the relevant customers, media and local
government authorities
- Maintain the CIC/IMCR disciplines and routines as process to support sales and supply chain
*Society relations (35%)
- Manage plant tour for schools and key stakeholders
- Execute the key CSR and Sustainability projects in the assigned region e.g. EKOCENTER, Environment,
Community and Education
- Drive CCBVL initiatives e.g. Biz-in-Life workshops, scholarships
- Manage local community relationship and sponsorship around the plant
* Media relations (10%)
- Manage and provide input to media related articles enhance the reputation of plant
*Provincial stakeholders relations (35%)
- Maintain selected provincial stakeholders including government agencies, society organizations, industry
associations, media, NGO and local communities
- Facilitate business development removing regulatory barriers to optimizing efficiency for assigned region
*Internal communication(5%)
- Assist HR team in handling the communication with the employees

*Problem management
*Process efficiency, business-oriented and focus on business
*Competence in building vision and strategy
*Knowledgable in risk assessment and analysis
*Knowledgeable in media, society and government relations management
*Good knowledge in the corporate profile and products' information
*2-4 years experience in the same role
*Good communication, leadership skills, and presentation skills
*Fluently speaking and writing English and Vietnamese
