About The Role
Role Location: Ho Cho Minh City, Vietnam
Role Type: Full-time, permanent
• Overall management and operation of Corporate real estate assets (leased) across Vietnam. Management and operation of real estate assets extends across, leasing, facilities management (hard and soft), work place management and space rationalization, fixed asset management, project delivery, vendor management, health and safety, physical security and value added services to support the banks operations across this geography
• Management, implementation, and monitoring of relocation and project plans
• Provide strategic recommendations on effective and efficient use of real estate assets to achieve optimal financial outcomes in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business
• Overseeing the administration function to ensure effective and efficient delivery, budgets and vendor contracts are improved and service deliveries are best practice and optimized. Leading and driving efficiency initiatives to reduce and integrate administrative functions

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
• Strong knowledge, management and understanding of real estate investment, asset management, financials with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage property transactions and critical dates
• Strong project team management skills
• Strong client service, vendor management and communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised, scope the role and set appropriate targets & to report findings and present ideas
