Property Manager

SCOPE:
As the Property Manager, you are expected to carry out day to day professional property management and operational activities including working directly with Tenants to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided, accounting and budgets control, and most importantly representing the company and brand. Weekends and evenings may be required from time to time, and there will be an on-call component to deal with any immediate emergencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To take responsibility for the management of property(s) under the control of Colliers International Vietnam;
• In charge of running the operations of offices, serviced apartments and retails areas whatever the combination for the specific property(s) you are being assigned;
• Supervise, train and monitor all staffs, including Security, Janitors, Administration Operations and Other vendor staff and work with the Chief Engineer to ensure operational sound practices are in place;
• To develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures for all staff and contractors;
• To develop, implement and monitor budgets and financial planning;
• To prepare and deliver regular reports to ensure proper reporting and to enable planning;
• Work closely and build good relationship with occupants, tenants and the landlord, ensure highest customer satisfaction;
• To carry out project management; income generation or cost reduction initiatives;
• Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialized skills, experience and teamwork;
• Government contracts and liaisons;
• Obtain all repairs and maintenance matters are progressed correctly and best quotes
• All other matters that may arise in the day to day management duties.

• Must be a University graduate
• At least 3 years experience in a similar position in commercial property/real estate companies. Other hospitality experience will be considered.
• Have good knowledge of commercial properties management including office, service apartments, retails, industrial
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with property management software an asset.
• Good command of English skills
• Good attitude, willing to provide high end standards for clients.
• High commitment of Conduct in business
