- Control overall management of the property on behalf of the developer
- Deliver a smooth operation for the users of the property
- Supervise, train and monitor all staff including customer service, technical, admin, leasing and outsourced suppliers
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for staff and suppliers on the property
- Plan and implement a prudent financial budget for the property
- Generate ideas and initiatives to increase income from all sources and reduce costs
- Proactively help the business to grow by building network of commercial and client relationships
- Foster positive relations between developer and building users
- Support other Asset Services projects and activities with your specialist skills, experience and teamwork

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree, preferably in real estate, hospitality, business or related
- Experience in property or facilities management, Vietnam experience preferred (3-5 years experience for Property Manager)
- Knowledge of property management or previous experience managing residential or hospitality venues
- Strong people management skills, English communication skills is a plus; Computer literacy
- Experience dealing with multinational customers, ability to communicate professionally
- Understanding of general engineering/technical concepts
- Experience in property or facilities management, Vietnam experience preferred (3-5 years experience for Property Manager)
- Knowledge of property management or previous experience managing residential or hospitality venues
- Strong people management skills, English communication skills is a plus; Computer literacy
