Job Purpose
- To provide strategic planning, general management, professional direction and leadership for all facilities services/functions including operations and maintenance as well as capital planning, design, and construction supervising for the Prudential Head Office and all branch offices nationwide.
Accountability
- To ensure the property services & facilities management are delivered and aligned with business objectives, user expectation and strictly complied with Company’s procedures, local regulations
- To ensure property budget/cost is well managed
- To ensure all risks in Property Management section operation are preventive and mitigated
Key responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Lead Property management section nationwide
- Develop and implement plans and procedures covering all property management activities such as building facilities management, operation & maintenance, Health & Safety environment (HSE) & security related matter, landscaping, utilities...
- Develop and oversight all office renovation including but not limited to layout, Bill of quantity approval, quality check and business operations interruption assurance.
- Assist in Leasing activities and property related insurances
- Provide technical assistance, advice on building operations systems for HVAC, electrical, energy management, plumbing, roofs, fire safety and other code issues, environmental issues, security and controls
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain Property Management Databases
- Review and control all property management expenses following delegation limits from request approving till payment processing
- Recruit, develop and coach direct reports for ultimate performance.
- Perform other tasks as appropriate within competence as assigned by line manager from time to time.
Planning & Reporting:
- Review and provide of periodic required reports and database on section expenses, HSE & Property Reports to PMOS Head, Top Management & group (If required)
- Assist in budget preparation and analysis for Property Management section
- Identify, register, monitor & take actions on section operation risks and timely report to PMOS Head and Risk Department

Qualification:
Mandatory: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil engineer / Architect)
Advantage: General technical knowledge related to electricity, Health & Safety Environment basic certificates
Experiences:
Mandatory: 5 year experience in Property Management field with at least 2 year in People manager level
Knowledge and skill set:
- Mandatory: Strong leadership & project management, good communication, and exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in English, Word, Excel, ACAD is required
Job’s attributes:
