- Property Coordinator will be responsible for managing and following all the contracts signed with services suppliers: Ensuring real costs in line with the budget and alert in case over budget to line manager
- Supervising all renovations and repair works of Malls in order to ensure the quality, the quantity and the progress of renovation project
- Update the report & Followup of realisation
- Prospecting new services suppliers
- Propose plan and budget for approval of expenditure
- Negotiating contracts with services suppliers
- Participating in meeting with suppliers
- Following the signed contracts and make adjustment in necessary case.
- Checking the efficiency and quality of services provided by service suppliers on each shopping center, via weekly reports sent by Plaza Manager and visits on site in necessary case.
- Propose measures and service management procedures for Plaza Manager to increase the effectiveness of service management at each shopping center;
- Assigning monthly penalties to services suppliers which do not respect the contractual commitments
- Checking at the end of the month the accuracy of the red invoice according to the contracts requirements
- Establishing monthly reports to define: monthly fees for each contract, issues with each services supplier, decisions to make in order to face those issues and deadline

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2-3 years experience in retail/ property coordinator
- Having knowledge about finance, accounting, data management, retail management
- Having organization sense, social knowledge
- Having initiative in work, sense of responsibility
- Ability to organize and work as a team and work independently : Flexible, assertive and focused
- Ability to argue and negotiate, ability to judge situation
- Be proactive in work planning as in personal tasks
