Promotion Executive

As a Promotion Executive, you will be delivering the promotion activities on time as plan, by enabling a coordinated, efficient and streamlined end-to-end execution processes.
Under supervision of line manager, plan, propose and execute Promotion campaign according to customer insight and sales strategies.
- Planning: support line manager propose idea, plan of promotion campaign based on customer insight & sale strategy.
- Creative: under direction of line manager, follow up with designer and creative agency to deliver MKT material
- Operation: follow-up and manage all related tasks to ensure the effectiveness of each campaign (system, license, procurement process, retail process, paperwork, ….)
- Coordination: cooperate with all related departments (Buyers, Accounting, Finance, IT, Supply chain, …) and agencies to develop promotional plan & execute related job.
- Communication: prepare briefing deck and other training materials to deliver campaign message, schemes to retailers and other related department.

University Bachelor degree
Marketing Communication/ Trade/ Sale
Fluent English
Ability in using computer software to fulfill assigned tasks quickly and effectively
At least 2 experience in Marketing campaign, Trade marketing, Advertising, Sale.

2. Management skill: Ability to manage the assigned job independently
3. Communication skill: Good communication and pursued capability
4. Problem solving skill: Ability to definite, analyze different type of problems and know how to handle promptly, effectively.
5. Service orientation: Customer service minded.
