Promoter Leader Senior Executive

Promoter Management (HCM + South Provinces: >450 Promoters):
• Manage the operations of Promoter within South Provinces and HCMC
• Site visit for better operations at shop
• Conduct training for Promoter when needed
• Process all necessary items for Promoter such as Uniform, Name badge and others
• Plan and execute all activities for Promoters such as: Promoter day, Gala Dinner, M-Day, birthday, Contest, Promoter meeting
Data Management
• Check and update Promoter profile on system (Active, leaving, transferred, etc)
• Cross-check Promoter attendance from Field Force for monthly salary payment
• Make promoter monthly analysis & headcount cost with related stakeholders
Promoter Report
• Generate key monitoring store (PPT) in South side basing on sell-in and sell out
• Generate monthly report of promoter headcount and demand plan for forecasting next month
• Building new related template report for better analyzing and making decision basing on market benchmarking and internal situation
• Process related documentation or payment when needed
Support other ah-hoc task required by section manger

• Education: Bachelor of Economics
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in promoter management, preferable in Electronics
• English: Advance
• Knowledge: Deep knowledge in trade marketing and electronics market
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office, advance in Excel
• Other requirements:

o Good communication and presentation skills
o Hard-working and be able to work under high pressure
o Preferable male for the high frequency of business travel
