JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage and support all PG activities in South area (from Da Nang)
2. Manage PG team followed company programs and policies
3. Follow & push to achieve monthly quarterly yearly target of PG team
4. Persuade sales increase thru PG incentive scheme & target sales
5. Recruit and manage PG team from 20 – 30 persons, PG meeting: 2 times at least/ month
6. Visit PG on weekly routine in MT stores
7. Build good relationship in MT stores and guide good external team (Floor salesman – Manager/ Director – Buyers – any related person in MT stores) and communications internal (PG – Sales & Marketing – Customer Care – others)
8. Report and collect the market information by files/pictures (competitors, programs, products, price, places, …)
9. Summary of outlet promotions, PG competitor promotions and outlet management rule concerning PG performance.
10. Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly report: sales-in, sell-out, stock for Vietnam as requested
11. Collect, get feedback and report the result of programs for MT accounts, consumers, floor salesman, …
12. Work with sales and marketing team to execute effectively demo/ activation/events in MT stores and report result as requested
13. Work with Technical team to training PG as sales skills, products knowledge, sales processes.
14. Give instruction to PG as need arise, become a problem solver and a role model PG specially in urgent situation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum of 2 year-experiences as PG and 1 year as PG Leader in home appliances, kitchenware, electronics Corporation.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, home appliances, kitchen wares.
• Able to communicate in English is plus
• Computer proficiency in:
– Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
– Internet research, emails and social media exploring
• At least university level and high school graduate.
• Willing to travel by motor in HCM and other provinces as requested
• Teambuilder, fast learner, good working attitude, patience and goal-getter.
• Prove leadership in developing and leading team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
BENEFITS:
– Job Type: full-time
– Probation: 2 months with 100% salary
– salary: 14,000,000 -18,000,000 VND
– Company working time: Mon – Fri, 09am to 06pm; 1/2 day of weekend
– PG working time: Tues – Sun
