Field Force Management
- Manage Field Force team in North area including HNC and north province. Hold regular meeting, update necessary information, daily communication with FF team, instruct and guide FF team to be in line with HQ direction.
- Planning and monitoring Field Force HC in line with yearly plan.
- Monitor and improve quality of Field Force through: Target visit, SKU display, Product Knowledge and Promoter Leadership skill.
Promoter Management
- Manage Promoter team in North area including HNC and north province. Hold regular meeting, update necessary information, daily communication with Promoters, instruct and guide Promoters to be inline with HQ direction.
- Planning and monitoring Promoter HC in line with yearly plan
- Monitor and improve Sell-Out in North area. Regular report to HQ and run PDCA to drive Sell-Out with Promoter team.
Shop Front Activation
- Plan and Manage POSM in HNC, support POSM delivery process in North Province.
- Activate shop front via Field Force and Promoters. SKU maintenance, schematic management, demo and display management.
Set-up training for dealer’s staff, hold promoter event, prepare necessary tools for FF and promoters.
Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: Bachelor is required
Experience: Required minimum 3 year working experience in retail/trade operation filed such as promoter management and shop front activation. Not necessary to be from same electronics industry.
English: Advanced (Able to communicate in business level)
Knowledge: Well understanding about retail/trade operation.
Computer skills: advanced in MOS (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Other requirements:
• Leadership skills to manage big team.
• Good communication skills to coordinate project with related parties.
• Well understand of discipline, transparency and ensure compliance.
