Project Supervisor * Engineer (Building Services / Construction ) 项目监督员 * 工程师（ 建筑及机电设备 / 施工）

- 根据公司目标，协助工厂选址及选定承包工程的单位;
- 负责厂房的建筑规划，制定及审查设计和规格;
- 根据法例规定，进行土木/结构/岩土工程的现场监督，并进行安全管理，以及确保建筑工程的质量和进度符合法规和合同规定，并确保按质量和时间完成;
- 检查承包单位投入工程项目的人力、材料、主要设备及其使用、运行状况，并做好检查记录;
- 监控建筑预算和成本控制;
- 制定进度报告，并及时通告问题及提出建议;
- 准备及整理项目文件，包括工作进度和检查表格及记录;
- 跟进相关证书申请;
- 在需要时处理临时项目

- Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, E&M Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent;
机电设备工程、屋宇装备工程、土木工程、机电工程、结构工程或相关专业文凭或以上学历；
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in related projects on building construction, maintenance, and facilities installation works and selection and management of contractors for Vietnam manufacturing plant;
最少有5年越南工厂的建筑施工，维护和设施安装工程,以及承包商的选择和管理的相关项目之具体经验；
- Holder of Professional Qualification or Chartered Engineer is highly preferable;
拥有专业资格或注册工程师者优先
- Certificate holder of Safety or Engineering Project Supervisor is preferable;
具有安全或工程项目督导的证书或认证者优先;
- Familiar with relevant local and international regulations, standards, code of practice;
熟悉相关的本地和国际法规、标准、操作规范;
- Basic command in both spoken Mandarin/Cantonese and written Chinese;
能以普通话或广东话沟通, 并有基本之读写中文能力;
- Knowledge of MS office;
基本MS Office操作;
- Proactive; Result oriented;
积极主动; 以结果为导向
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
