Job summary:
• Project specialists provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget, time line & quality.
• These specialists are key members of the project team, and they participate in program and project development, disseminate project information and serve as active participants in project-related work groups and committees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collecting project requirement from stake holders and defining the scope.
2. Coordinate with internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
3. Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
4. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope & budget.
5. Identifies project activities or situations that may adversely impact project plans.
6. Advises supervisor and senior management on recommended solutions to administrative conflicts or problems.
7. Provides immediate staff assistance to the supervisor on a variety of confidential and sensitive matters involving operations.
8. Performs research, consolidates information from various sources.
9. Create, maintain & share comprehensive project documentation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background: A bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Experiences:
• At least 3 years working in Electronics company.
• At least 2 years of experience with the planning, management and delivery of successful programs and projects.
• Candidates with subject-matter expertise in at least two of the following areas are desirable: information technology management, systems administration, training, software development, proposal development, financial management.
3. Skills: Good in Communication both in English, Vietnamese & presentation.
