Project:
Design & Construction Project for all E&M System (Rolling Stock, Signaling, Telecommunication, Power Supply, OCS, Track work, PSD, AFC, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA, Signage & Graphics) for New MRT Line-1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Responsibilities & Job Details;
i. Management for submission schedule for all the documents (both common document and sub-system document).
ii. Management for closure schedule of outstanding items.
iii. Management for closure schedule of interface items with other contactors and third parties.
iv. Preparation of letters in English and Vietnamese.
v. Translation of Vietnamese/English document to English/Vietnamese.
vi. Interpreter and preparation of minutes of meeting during the meeting.
vii. Any works and documentation necessary for the execution of the Project, which is instructed by Contract Control Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

i) Bachelor Degree
ii) English skills (Immediate level ) and good communication skills
iii) Computer Skills: MS Office.
iv) Experiences :
• At least 4 years working experience at related positions
• Good time management skills
• Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
