Mô tả công việc
• Manage relationships with existing customers with 60% working time.
• Actively approach targeted business clients as constructors, architects, interior designers, developers (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.) to develop project sales potential plan.
• Approach fully completed residential projects to develop more sales chances for TEKA sales.
• Search for new client leads and develop market share.
• Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) to consult BOM for Sale Strategy.
• To negotiate tender and contract terms & follow up customers in term of payment and contract
• To follow up monthly sales forecast and achieve sale targets
• To provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• To support marketing activities to achieve sale targets and build the powerful brand
• To report directly to Commercial Director.
• Make monthly /quarter /yearly report
• Other tasks is assigned by management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 3+ years project management experience & can-do attitude.
• Experience in B2B sales, especially priority for candidates from kitchen appliances industry.
• Understand about market and competitor
• Knowledge of marketing channels
• Understanding of Marketing Analytics
• Project pursuit: prepare quotation, project proposal
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Negotiation skill
• Good problem-solving skill
• The ability to work under high pressure
• Time-management skills
• Good organization & arrangement skill
• Strong presentation skill
• Willing to travel for business.
Salary: 25-40 Mil. VND Gross, based on the ability & experience.
Working hours: 09:00AM – 06:00PM, in HCMC.
