Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for B2B sales and customer development of M&E Contractors, Industrial Users, Project Owners and Consultant by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge
• Follow CE projects to achieve B2B target
• Understand and transfer customer requirements to B2B Sales Project Manager
• Achieve assigned B2B sales and customer development quota through concentrating on Commercial customer acquisition and development
• Perform daily sales activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring order
• Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Support team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of customer

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduated
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar position
• Experience with Hotel & Resort Developer or Contractor is an advantage
• Good understanding of written and spoken English
• Good at computer skills and relevant software application
• Good communication skill, wide knowledge about investment of real estate market into Vietnam
• Willing to travel for business trip
• Ability to work in team or independently
• Characteristic: Flexibility and loyalty
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar position
