Project Sales Assistant Manager

Support engineering for B2B projects such as design, cooling load calculation and other technical support required & field support for installation inspection, technical seminar & training, troubleshooting
Manage training centres for both its facilities and training programs, schedule training plans and execute them as a trainer.
Be a technical control tower work with Sales and CS engineers
Support A/C B2B projects from specs-in to bidding and installation to handover
Survey for market demand, market trend, new technologies, regulations and competitors’ line-up/activities.

 Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electric Engineering with at least 5 - 8 years of sales engineering (Project Engineering) 
Full understanding for air conditioning cooling cycle
 Experienced in air conditioner installation inspection, noise & vibration simulation and others (CFD, LCC and so on)
 Good at PC operating, MS programs. Candidate with good programming experience is highly preferable
 Excellent in troubleshooting and finding root cause for any air conditioning technical issues
 Has developed high level communications plans, execute from those plans, and measure results
 Excellent planning and organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects
 Ability to understand and articulate technology-driven messages
