Mô tả công việc
1. Manage the entire sales & marketing process with a strong emphasis on new client’s sales;
2. Effectively build and optimize long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with clients
3. Represent the company and its policies to the clients
4. Defining and implementing strategic sales & marketing activity plans
5. Develops market and industry assessments to generate revenue growth, achieve goals and assess risks
6. Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team in executing the company’s sales process to achieve growth objectives.
7. Continuously upgrade knowledge on new trends in Interior industry and the status of competitors
8. Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term partnerships

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Degree holder in any discipline, preferable in interior/ construction fields.
2. Minimum 5 years at the same position, minimum 2 year working at Interior or Construction fields.
3. Highly knowledgeable in interior, wood manufacture and architecture.
4. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, public and internal departments.
5. High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and timelines
6. Demonstrates excellent verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
7. Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Must be fluent in English.
9. Willing to travel when required.
