Mô tả công việc
The job-holder will perform tasks relating Project Admin for sales and marketing activities as follows:
* Sales:
• Team meeting follow up and memo
• Pipeline management support and sales force system as well
• Following project from: Contract, Order, Delivery, support document until completion
• Following up together with sales members on payment
• Documents collection for Debit Note issued to Factory
• Stock checking and allocation management
• Salesman Incentive calculation
• Window person for Service on site and supervise whenever new projects start installation
* Marketing:
• Customer Screening
• Coordinate with other Marketing teams to organize, prepare the seminar/events
* Sales:

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduation with at least 3 years' related experience
• Experience as Sales Admin in project field is preferable
• Good skill at MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint
