Mô tả công việc
• To generate project leads for Company by interacting and following up for business with Government & private based projects.
• Participating in tenders and gathering the market information in the process.
• Undertakes the responsibility of identifying, following up, planning, designing, closing sales, as well as executing projects.
• Presenting the company profile effectively and displaying the Value additions that we bring to the clients table.
• Focusing on Solutions selling and achieving sales commitments/Quotas as per set targets.
• Assessing competition and strategizing the way forward to close the sale.
• Following the set sales procedures, updating status of every prospect/opportunity/client
• Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in industry related workshops.
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintaining cordial relations with all internal departments for better productivity.
• Others: Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalents.
• At least 8-12 years working experience in a Sales & Marketing role in the Healthcare Industry, of which 3 -5 years in a managerial position.
• In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare Industry.
• Good business and financial acumen.
• Able to travel outstation or oversea when required.
• Presentation Skills, Excellent communication skills, Ability to converse and convince, Client Relationships, Understanding customer needs, High Energy Levels, Negotiation Skill.
• Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
• Strategic in approach to solving problems; possess the ability to understand situations on a larger scale, but also possess the ability to manage details.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills; able to communicate impactfully and influencing people positively.
• Strong leadership capability with an emphasis on sound decision making.
• Deliver on promises all the time.
• Ability to mentor field personnel and able to build and develop a result oriented and motivated team.
• Good project management skills.
• Computer Skills with MS products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English / [other language]
• Keen interest for personal growth, and willingness to adapt to different environments.
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented.
• Excels in fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Able to work on weekend or public holidays when required.
