• New schedules are developed in way that ensures company standards are met, and that the schedules contribute positively to project delivery.
• All stakeholders get the information they require from the schedule. Status, resourcing, performance and reporting
• Reviews plans detailing Shed, Hardstands, Equipment, Slipway, Berthing, Offsite etc. that are captured in a spacial tool (e.g. Autocad) so that constraints are identified.
• Resources, equipment and service constraints are understood, considered and reported
• All Scheduled work has a corresponding facility review
• EVMS stakeholders are educated and perform their assigned tasks.
• The EVMS supports the project in a way that aids project delivery.
• Ensure both lead and lag indicators are aligned to project objectives
• All indicators required by the Project and Contract are known and communicated
• All indicators stemming from the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) are maintained and communicated.
• Ensure current and baseline schedules are maintained weekly.
• Project budget, performance, forecast and resource requirements are monitored and analysed weekly.
• Global changes are run as required.
• Schedules are accurate and informative.
• WBSmeets the Austal standard, is easily understood, and matches the build strategy.
• Accurate material planning is scheduled to ensure the right material at the right time to the right location.
• Optimisation is undertaken to improve efficiency, reduce direct cost and reduce waste

QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENCES
• Bachelor or Diploma of Engineering , Mechanical or equivalent
• Earned Value Management qualification
• Formal Planning/Scheduling training
• Lean qualifications

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5 Years’ experience in a Planning role in Shipbuilding (desirable), complex manufacturing or construction.
• Formal Planning/Scheduling training (desirable)
• Experience with use of Primavera (desirable)
• Effective communications skills, and
• Competency in Microsoft office, design software and ERP

- Working time from 7.00 am to 17.00 pm including 1 hour for lunch, from Monday to Friday.
- You will be got the compensation for Personal Accident insurance and Health care insurance according to Company Financial Regulation
- Annual leave is 18 days per year for the period from 1st January to 31st December, exclusive of public holidays of Vietnam. You are entitled to annual leave on a pro-rata basis with 01(one) additional day for 05 (five) years of employment.
