Job Title: Project Marketing Assistant
Contract Period: 1 year with extension availability

Job Description
- Research and collect all business information in construction and/ or real estate investment, infrastructure PPP (Public Private Partnership) sectors
- Market plan and strategy
- Identify potential clients, decision makers
- Research, establish and maintain good relationship with potential Companies/ Developers/Clients
- Develop new business opportunity to see the major construction
- Setup business network
- Support Project Office works as assigned
- Support office works as requirement
- Working hour: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, from Monday to Friday

- Education: At least bachelor in English, Business Administration or others related
- Working experience: more than 5 years in required fields
- Strong in network, research skills, data organizing and analyzing skills
- Hardworking and high adaptability
- Good report skills with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Working experience with international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) companies as preference
