Project Manager – Fit out/Façade

We are looking for and making the opportunity for more dynamic, professional and dedicated candidates for PM - PM position to join our growing project.

Reporting to: SPM – PM

SCOPE OF POSITION
Report to SPM-PM in facade/finishing of a fast-track resort and casino development project in Vietnam. Implement by planning, coordination with operators, supervising and managing consultants and contractors to ensure that all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, safely and at the highest levels of quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Prepare façade execution plan and quality assurance and ensure timely completion projects.
 Prepare cost estimates and performance standards for projects
 Closely monitor on-site work activities to ensure effective resource utilization and thereby maximize the output.
 Develop and monitor schedules and budgets of the projects
 Chair or join various coordination meetings and progress meetings to facilitate coordination process
 Project planning and tasks scheduling
 Progress monitoring and reporting
 Detect delays and problems in the project and tackle them by coordination with various parties
 Assist to ensure woks are completed in time, in high quality and within budget
 Assist to review commercial contracts and progress payments

 A holder of relevant degree in civil/construction.
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience with curtain walls, glass walls, aluminum cladding and stone cladding installation
 Hotel, casino and golf course project experiences are advantages
 Good communication skills and problem solving capabilities
 Fluent in speaking and written English
