Mô tả công việc
Job Objectives:
1. Responsible for non-feed mill projects in Vietnam & Cambodia to support the development in respective countries
2. Provide support for M&A and other strategic projects in the region
3. Implement and facilitate structure in Project Management in De Heus Vietnam & Cambodia, provide support and guidance for PMs in other countries
4. Coach and support members of the Project department in realizing department and personal goal
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead the Project team in designing, planning, monitoring and evaluating non-feed mill projects
- Prepare business cases, define project scope, project plan, resources and ensure relevant departments are involved
- Create and maintain relationship with different project stakeholders
- Control project budgets and department budget
- Monitor projects to be conducted timely, ethically and good quality.
- Risk assessment during each project phase
- Report project progress periodically to project’s steering committees
Capability Training:
- Facilitate structure and improve PM skills in Vietnam & Cambodia
- Share best practices, experience and support necessary trainings for project management in Vietnam & Cambodia

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance/Economics/Marketing/International Business or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 4-year experience in project management, including construction projects.Experience in working with Vietnam and foreign government, high cultural sensitivity. Affinity with the agriculture sector.
- Experience in working with business cases, finance, IT, commercial.
Competencies
- Leadership skills, ability to independently lead complex strategic projects

- Languages: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
