To meet expansion of projects, we are looking for dynamic Project Managers as follows:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project;
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
- Define project tasks and resource requirements;
- Assemble and coordinate project staff;
- Manage project budget & project resource allocation;
- Plan and schedule project timelines;
- Track project deliverable;
- Provide direction and support to project team;
- Quality assurance;
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects;
- Report on project progress, problems and solutions;
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
- Project evaluations and assessment of results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Architect or Engineering (Construction), Construction Economics or related majors;
- 15 years of experience with at least 10 years of management experience in construction field;
- Priority shall be given to candidates with experience working in famous Vietnamese construction companies such as Hoa Binh, Cotecons...
- Knowledge of project management techniques;
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making, communication skills, influencing and leading, delegation, team work, negotiation, conflict management, adaptability, stress tolerance
