Project Manager (Technology Company)

(*). PURPOSE:
To be responsible for managing project through to successful completion and managing the outcomes and benefits.

(*). JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Create and maintain the project plan.
• Assign tasks to resources.
• Forecast commitment bases on the project plan.
• Tracking and controlling AR & WIP for fixed price project.
• Problem solving resources conflict.
• Perform risk analysis.
• Approve and allocate project charges within scope of work also non-charged.
• Create and communicate project status reports to management and customers.
• Ensure quality and timeliness for deliverable project
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the customer.
• Ensure customer acceptance for delivered service

(*). JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Graduated from university/college degrees in business, finance, supply chain, production, major Engineering in IT software / MIS – Management Information System / BIS – Business Information System / Software Technology department or equivalent
• Must have strong Project manager knowledge and working over 5 years of experience.
• Fully conversant with Agile and Waterfall methodologies with ERP/CRM system.
• Solid analytical or problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Great communication and presentation skills with both business and C-level project sponsors (both in English and Vietnamese)
