Project Manager Speaking Japanese

Domestic Project
• Report to General Manager in the role of construction division. This is to be applied within the Company business;
• Preparing tender dossiers; Project execution plan and execution budget;
• Directing and managing all activities of the project; directing the project team;
• Technical report in subject of project work;
• Coordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants during project works;
• Ensure all activities with best quality by most saving cost and safety and on time;
• Handling technical issues raised from project works;
• Providing and updating project works statement in regular basic;
• To establish & maintain for a project about (1) Project Plaining, (2) Cost Management, (3) Programme/Progress Management, (4) Quality Management, (5) Safety Management;
• Performs other related duties as assigned;



Exporting Project:
• Follow up all stages of process: Quotation, Cad detail, BOM, Drawings, Revision, Costing, Sample shop, Finishing, Packing, Upholstery, Support production, Shipping, Assemble at Site.
• Build process into schedule timeline. Update new development & status on workspace
• Make sure drawings & work order to be created in order.
• Instruct & work closely with team to focus on their jobs.
• Support & work closely with cad line & cad detail teams to ensure all request to be updated, revised in order.
• Sharing quality issue of complaint from client to teams.
• Support sending cad lines to Customers.

• Male’s over 30 years old
• Only Vietnamese people
• Fluently in Japanese Communication
• Knowledge about international furniture for export.
• Having studied and worked in Japan at Construction, Architecture, Interior Decoration, Exporting furniture field
• Have passion about the field of project management, QS and material.
• Knowledge in reading and understand the detail drawing , construction drawings, interior decoration, M & E
• Be a careful and reliable person.
• At least 5 years experience in same field.
