Summary:
Project Manager takes on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Making project schedule, installation methods
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant participants and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Submit Reports and escalate to management,
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all participants
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
CV application: in English required
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Eletric/ Electrical, Technology/Automotive University, Civil
• At least 4 years-working experience in Mechanical, Eletric/ Electrical, Technology/Automotive University, Civil
• At least 2 years experiences as Site Manager
• Initiative, persuasive and proactive
• Strong communication, coordination, influencing & negotiating skills
• Accurate, with close attention to details
• Methodical and well organized
• Able to prioritize work and to meet deadlines
• Creative, fast-paced, open-minded, quick at learning
• Good command of written/ spoken English and good computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint and other office software). Auto CAD & Corel Draw skills is a plus.
