Project Manager ( Salary Up to 45 Million VND) At Vientiane Capital, Laos (URGENT)

1. Organize the establishment and management of construction plans, human resources plan, materials and equipment plans and payment acceptance plans.
2. Master control and instruct all site activities as construction schedule, and keeps track of progress and alerts to Project Team and the Sub-Contractor with the conditions that may lead to delays in the completion of work or when the construction schedule falls behind.
3. Lead the Project Team to make sure construction activities are complied with specs, approved drawings, approved works method statement, approved materials, and authority requirements.
4. Review construction documents, materials submission and report to BOD.
5. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building & safety regulations.
6. Predict and monitor Construction Risks (manpower, cost trend, market trend, etc) and report to BOD
7. Overview and instruct documentation and written record as to the progress, site problems, solutions, inspections, change orders, Meetings, shop drawings, materials, and other items that reflect the progress or lack of.
8. Communicates/Coordinate with the international Client, international Consultants regarding the daily progress and problems associated with construction, or any related matters.
9. Overcontrol and instruct Site Manager about changes as submission (with Consultants’ comments).
10. Attends Meetings (internal meeting and external meeting (Client and Consultant) about progress meeting; coordinate meeting; etc)
11. Observes test required by the contract documents and/or as part of systems operations.
12. Instruct site staff to keep records on the construction site in an orderly manner, including correspondence, contract documents, change orders, reports of meetings, product data, drawings, etc.
13. Certify work done and Reviews request for payment.

1. Available to be on site after successful interview with available passport.
2. Graduated with bachelor degree in Civil & Structure Engineering or Architect
3. 7-10 years of working experience, especially familiar with industrial projects (factory, worshop with steel structure) construction method & deep basement construction.
4. Have good knowledge in factory construction is referred
5. Effective communication in English with international client and Consultant
6. Strong management and leadership skill
7. Strong interpersonal skills, flexible minds
8. Ability in using MS office (Word, Excel), AutoCad, MS Project or Primavera, …
