Project Manager ( Salary: $2,000 - $2,500/ Month)

Working location: Bao Lam - Lam Dong
1. Provide overall leadership for one or several projects. This includes contractual management, stakeholder management, commercial management as well as project management (time, cost, quality, risk and procurement management)
2. Ensure specified products and services are produced and delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and specifications
3. Oversight of all project resources including all subcontractors
4. Responsible for on time, on budget, delivery of project
5. Provide high level of leadership in the resolution of design and construction issues as and when they may arise on a project
6. Continually seek to identify areas of risk and resolve them before they impact on the project
7. Delivery of regular communications & progress reports to the General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, including financial reporting
Prepare and administer budgets for the project. Budget reporting and management
8. Provide leadership to all project employees. Coach, develop & mentor
Develop and maintain a positive team environment
Conduct regular & timely Performance Review for all direct reports
Give both positive and negative feedback to employees about their performance in a timely and constructive manner
9. Client liaison including the development and presentation of project plans, progress reports and acceptance by the client on the final product
Management of client expectations with a focus on the delivery of projects to exceed the expectations of clients
Develop and maintain key external relationships with partners, clients, official bodies and organisations
Negotiate on behalf of the company, be able to accept realistic compromises when necessary
Develop a strong network of industry suppliers, subcontractors and contacts

* Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
- Foreign language: English proficiency.

* Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager with proven track record within similar industry (Engineering, Ship Building, Civil or Commercial Construction, Heavy Manufacturing, Oil & Gas)
- Experienced in contractual management
