Project Manager/ Project Architect

- Coordinate with client and consultant for the design requirements and criteria.
- Facilitate coordination for conceptual design, schematic design and design development in aspects of architectural, interior design, façade, landscape, MEP, C&S, etc.
- Supervise and coordinate the progress of design development, design coordination, drawing issuance, shop drawings and materials submission and approval, and design problems solving to ensure smooth accomplishment of project milestones.
- Prepare presentations and recommendations of designs to the client.
- Manage, supervise and report the project included site construction to Director.
- Recommend alternative designs, materials and methods that required in project.
- Assist project team with all related design schedules to be completed on time, in high quality, environmentally high standard, safety and good maintenance.
- Responsibility for project work schedule and performance.
- Project Management and Site Attendance.
- Coordinating and overseeing all works at the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as Engineers and Contractors.
- Other assignments from Management Board.

- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
- Good organization, leadership and time management skills.
- Design, project and people management skills. Prior management or supervisory experience at site is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as team work.
- Good design with detailing capabilities.
- Experience and understanding in Project Permitting, Project Management and Contract Administration.
- Honest, hard working, independent and self-motivated.
- Required language (s): Vietnamese & English.
- Proficiency in drafting using AutoCAD, knowledge of SketchUp would be an advantage.
