Project Manager (Prefer Expat) (Job#21451)

- Report to the allocated member of the leadership team in all activities related to project management of the projects
- Coordinate internal teams such as Product, IT, UX/UI, Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Facilitate the coordination among different internal teams and partners to design solutions
- Hold kick off, coordination and progress meetings to facilitate the coordination process
- Project planning and task scheduling, detect delays and problems and tackle them by coordination with various parties
- Progress monitoring and reporting
- Highly effective communication skills
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide leadership and management of team members
- Ensure the team follow the best practice processes and procedures

- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven success in strategic management, leadership, planning, and organizational skills required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, regardless of audience, presentation or
forum
- Graduate from English speaking countries and experience working in English speaking countries required
- Experience working in the Finance sector is preferable, but not required
