Main Job in VGSI
+ Market Research for the development project of Apartment complex, township.
+ Making analysis report of real estate market trend
+ Reviewing and making solutions for given projects
+ Feasibility Study (Economic Feasibility)
+ Carrying out or leading project approval such as Investment Acceptance, DP 1/2000, DP 1/500, other relative approval before construction. (with consultant)
+ Finding new business

+ Working experiences at Global Developer or Consulting Company such as Keppel Land, Capital Land, Vina Capital, CBRE, Savills and so on.
+ Having bachelor degree of Hanoi or Hochiminh National University.
Personal Capabilities
+ Sincerity, honesty, Hard-working, Meticulous, good health.
+ Professional and proactive attitude, good managing skill.
+ TOEIC Speaking level : over 150
