Work description:
- Market Research for the development project of Real Estate;
- Making analysis report of real estate market trend;
- Reporting potential investment opportunities, reviewing and making solutions for given projects
- Feasibility Study (Economic Feasibility): Researching, analyzing, evaluating the investment efficiency of projects;
- Building relationships with competent authorities / agencies and related agencies to carry out the investment process; Such as Investment Acceptance, DP 1/2000, DP 1/500, other relative approval before construction (with consultant).

- Attractive salary:
+ 10-15 years working experience: starting from 30 mils VND in gross (negotiable)
+ 15 years working experience: starting from 35 mils VND in gross (negotiable)

***NOTE: THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEW WILL PREPARE A PRESENTATION TO SHOW ABILITIES, EXPERIENCES AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGE IN THE REQUIRED FIELD.

Education & Specialization
- Having bachelor’s degree or higher in field of Management, Economic, Trading, Architecture.
- Experience in construction investment, real estate:
+ 1 position: 15 years
+ 1 position: 10~15years
- Have knowledge on relevant laws & regulations.
Language: Fluency in both verbal and written (English/Korean and Vietnamese)
Computer: Excellent skill for Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Working experience:
- Working experiences in Global Developer and Consulting Company or relative government organization;
- Working experiences in Vietnamese major developer company.
Personal Capabilities
- Sincerity, honesty, hard-working, meticulously, good health;
- Professional and proactive attitude, good managing skill;
- Mastering laws and regulations on construction investment, real estate , auction , bidding, ;Good knowledge on processes from planning to project implementation, including all required appraisals and approvals;
- Have a strategic vision, a keen sense of investment;
- Being good capability on relationship building, communication, negotiation, presentation, planning and reporting skills;
- Being honest, enthusiastic, responsible in work;
- Having good relationship with Official Government.
