- Work with assigned workstreams to create a Project Charter including team members, responsibilities, timelines, checkpoints, and targets.
- Create the forms needed for the workstreams to track on a monthly basis progress against the target.
- Organize the weekly meetings
- Send follow up notes for each meeting, maintain project documentation
- Assist team members to understand their roles and guide them on actions to take
- Escalate issues as needed to stay on track

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Project Management Certification preferred (example PMP or PRINCE2) - BA or equivalent
- Proven Experience in project management across multiple functions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in English required
- Strong organizational skills
- Financial background preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
