Project Manager

- Managing the entire work of the project department from bidding, order, making contract and import-export tasks to ensure all projects smoothly implemented from the beginning to the end; briefly:
• Working with relevant departments to deploy bidding packages to ensure the quality of bidding documents and completing bidding on schedule.
• Managing the work of order processing staff to ensure ordering sufficient quantity of goods, update and track the progress of goods arriving in Vietnam
• Managing the work of contract staff, checking content of all contracts before submitting to the Director, preparing documents for the project acceptance.
• Managing the work of import-export staff to ensure receiving and delivering goods to customers on time.
- Supporting sales staff to negotiate with customers about conditions of the contract and relevant issues.
- Guiding staffs or directly handling arising problems during the project implementation.
- Building and managing a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
- Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
- Proposing plans to reduce costs and increase profits for company
- Coordinating with relevant departments in making payment and debt collection.
- Managing and reminding staffs to comply with the company’s workflow and internal labour regulations
- Directs, motivates and develops team
- Making weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Other relevant tasks if required.

- Graduated from majors such as economics, finance, law, etc. at universities.
- Having experiences in implementing projects in relevant fields.
- Ability to use English well
- Having knowledge about project management and workflow
- Having skills in making plans, monitoring and controlling the projects
- Good communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Hard-working, reliable, being responsible at work, ability to work under high pressure.
