THE ROLE
• To oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables
• To deliver the projects to the quality, time and budget for the local projects and regional projects
To highlight the dependence, foresee the risk and offer the mitigation solutions for the top leaders

The Requirements
• Fluency in English
• Experience to the JAVA development or experience to the consumer finance industry is preferred
• Excellent communication & interpretation skills and delivery capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with clients, vendors and internal associates
• Demonstrated ability to fast learning
• Self-driven achiever demonstrating values of teamwork, resilience, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done

The Qualifications
• Education
• University Degree in a related subject, e.g. Computer Science, Technology, etc.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and software development
• Proficiency in the use of tools for:
• JIRA & Confluence and Microsoft Project preferred
