Project Manager

1. Timeline, schedule and budget management
• Develop budget & timeline for projects
• Work with Creative Directors & team to manage timeline & schedule of different projects
• Work with Creative Directors & team to assure deliverables are on time
• Manage deadlines & assist Creative Director & team with workload planning

2. Internal support and contribution
• Supervise junior planners
• Assist creative team to craft ideas with insights on clients’ needs & business
• Assist creative team with creative planning
• Provide support to creative team in presentations
• Provide creative team with full briefing on projects
• Keep creative team organized and on track with timeline

3. Customer Relationship / Client Management
• Be the main point of contact between company and clients
• Manage all communications between company and clients
• Ensure creative team are always aligned on clients’ expectations
• Ensure clients understand services provided by company
• Client relationship management, ensuring clients are satisfied
• Produce meeting minutes & contact reports
• Arrange & schedule all meetings
• Manage all presentations

4. Business Development
• Meeting / liaising clients
• Networking & pinpoint business opportunities
• Vetting & screening
• Assist Creative Directors in identifying clients’ needs
• Create proposals for prospects
• Manage relationship with potential clients

1. Minimum Requirements
Minimum college degree
Well-versed in Microsoft Office
Minimum 6.5 IELTS or Advanced English
Organization skills
Communications skills
Negotiation skills
Risk management skills
Teamwork skills
Customer relationship management skills

2. Experience
At least 3 years of experience working as a project coordinator
At least 2 years of experience working in customer relationship role
At least 1 year of experience working as a project manager/account manager
