Project Manager

+ Project management and development for new builds and brand conversions include the following key responsibilities

On-site project review which includes a full assessment on the project scope, costs, process, schedule and preliminary marketing and design

Pharmacity brand design for exterior including store architecture and brand signage

Equipment selection and pricing

Detailed project cost and schedule estimate

Equipment & signage procurement and installation management

Management of project budgets.

Insure that managed equipment issues and brand image punch items are completed.

+ Management of key equipment vendors including specifications review, pricing, lead times, warranty and after care service. These vendors include the following key categories:

Exterior signs, fascia systems, graphics and paint

Interior signs, image and décor components

Cabinet, cigarette backbar and gondola shelving systems

+ Increase professional and technical knowledge

Attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

+ Contribute to team effort

Accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

Walk-in cold vaults, cooler doors, beer caves and shelving systems

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related business field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted

5 years of experience or more preferred in construction management, engineering, architecture or project management. Convenience store, petroleum or quick service restaurant industry preferred

Good knowledge in project management especially on design, planning, coordination, implementation, scheduling and budget.

Able to manage project from conceptual design to completion and handing over

Strong contract management ability

Good leadership and effective communicate skill with people at all levels

Must be computer literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Autocad Volo View or equivalent

Fluent in English
