Project Manager

- Conduct and supervise the projects of improvement and expansion on schedule with safety and good quality.
- Participate in activities of TPM approach, improve the productivity of machinery and equipment in the factory.
- Cooperate with internal departments to build the system of technical drawing, PIDs, training to control the maintenance of equipment and execution of project effectively.
- Guide and train the knowledge and tasks of maintenance and repair to the employees
- Prepare periodic report, detailed plan for all projects.
- Read and comprehend technical documents in English. Interact independently with foreign specialist regarding the project.
- Standardize all drawings/documents of projects (technical specs, P & ID, etc.) to control project easily. To ensure enough information and technical requirements of the input and output to meet the demand of internal customers.
- Cooperate/monitor/report/follow the schedule of all installation activities of all projects of repair, improvement and expansion including HSE, documents, operation, training, LOI, review acceptance, the process to ensure the timely completion of the project.
- Support the manager to prepare plan and budget for provision and control the yearly project tasks.
- 100% project tasks are planned as per company regulation and as budget.
- Participate in maintenance activities if necessary to keep the machines operating in good order.
- Besides the above-mentioned tasks, be responsible for other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Proposal to contracting or terminating transaction with contractors or suppliers.

1. Knowledge
- Good command of maintenance, repair and safety
- Good command of software in programming, technical drawing applications, design, etc.
- Good command of requirements of ISO 22000, HACCP, etc.
- Good command of preparing detailed plan for project and project management
- Good communication in English, ability to read and understand English technical documents.
- Ability to interact with foreign specialist independently.

2. Professional skills:
- Preparing documents
- Graduate from university with major in machinery, mechanics, or related fields.
- Design, prepare draft drawings of layout drawings, PIDs, etc.
- Proficiency in software for project tasks: Auto CAD, Solid work, Revilt, Microsoft project etc...

3. Soft skills:
- Office software
- Team leading
- Report
- Guide & train
- Communication and presentation.

4. Education:
- University with major in Electricity - Electronic electricity, Mechanics, Electronic mechanics

5. Experience:
- 5 years or above.
- Experience in food industry is preferred.
