Project Manager

- Performing the construction assignments issued by the superiors, and do the preliminary work such as drawing review, and preparing construction plan and material plan, etc.
- Update and report daily, weekly.
- Review Structural calculations to ensure that all engineering designs adhere to design code.
- Responsible for solving major technical problems in design, structural supporting, and construction work including reasonable and timely handling of various technical problems at the construction site.
- Conducting quality control in design and construction period, interpret the quality standards for project implementation, clarify the technical criterial of the drawing, and supervise construction process to ensure the compliance to quality standards.
- Cost control of project planning, design and construction.
- Guiding and coordinating with QS, procurement and other related departments during project implementation.
- Collect and organise (need to modify) engineering data, regularly report the progress of the above-mentioned various tasks to superiors, and provide professional advice and analysis on major decision-making issues.
- Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
- Select appropriate sub-contractor, and organise (need to modify) and monitoring their operation.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

- Bachelor in Civil/Architect.
- Minimum 07 years of working experience in the building construction industry in a Management position with particular responsibility in Planning, Contract, Cost and Project Management.
- A construction project manager should have the ability to handle public safety, time management, cost management, quality management, decision making, mathematics, working drawings, and human resources.
- Experience on Office/Factory/Mall/High rise building/Fit-out projects with high standard of finishes.
- Proficient with Ms. Word, Excel.
- Need to skill about CAD or Drawing tools.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management.
- Good working knowledge of Civil Engineering related to construction and property development.
- Both English and Vietnamese (Oral and Writing).
